New Pictures
Grandma Petersen took some really cute pictures of the kids! Looks like they had a blast with grandma and grandpa. Thank you for the wonderful pictures!
Date Weekend and Iowa Game!
Thursday night Tim and I drove to Lincoln for the Iowa Game. We started the evening at the End Zone. We had a few drinks and then went over to Wings & Rings for dinner. It was nice to see all the places Tim eats at for work.
Friday morning we started our day at a Coffee shop. I had some really good oatmeal and hot chocolate. Then we went to a bar called McKinney's. (Very good drinks) We meet up with some co-workers of Tims and customers. It was fun to celebrate with Iowa Fans.
Next we went to TMCO for a trailgate party. We enjoyed some good food and drinks.
I really like haymarket in Lincoln, you can walk everywhere to bars and restaurants. It is a cool place.
After the trailgate party we walked to the station in a sea of red. Lol The game was a great experience to watch the Hawkeyes win. The score was 28 to 20. IOWA Wins!! It is the first time in school history to have a 12 and 0 season. The game was cold but so much fun! Go Hawkeyes! We will be cheering them on next Saturday for the Big 10 championship.
After the game we headed to dinner with Tim's coworkers to celebrate the Hawks. We had dinner at Lazlo's. The steak was so good. I also enjoyed some cheesecake. It was so fun to hang out with Tim's friends from work.
Saturday morning we had breakfast and then went to the Outlet mall. We got a lot of Christmas shopping done.
Thank you so much to Linda and Lee for watching the kids for two nights. They had so much fun making memories with their grandparents.
Tim and I had so much fun these past couple of days together!
Happy Thanksgiving to our family and friends!
This year we have a lot of things to be thankful for. We are so blessed to have healthy kids. The kids work hard at school and cheer practice.
I am so thankful for Tim. He works so hard for us everyday. He works long hours and travels every week so I can stay at home with the kids. Thank you Tim! We love you so much!
This year on Thankgiving we celebrated at Mike and Stephanie's house. It was great to spend the day with the family. The kids enjoyed playing with cousin Emily. The food was so good. Thank you so much for having us.
TJ got to open birthday presents! Thank you everyone for the birthday gifts! He was very excited for the trucks he got.
SNOW DAY!!!
Last Sunday Tim and I took the kids sledding. We all had a blast playing in the snow. TJ really enjoyed it this year. He would start by running and then jumping onto his sled on his stomach.
