Christmas at my Parents House!

Thank you Mom and Dad for the wonderful gifts! The girls are going to love going to their first concert (Luke Bryan) , they will never forget it. Best gift ever! I promise! Tim and TJ will enjoy their gift card that evening, thank you! Spending time with our kids means the world to us.

Christmas with the Goodin's 2015

Saturday morning we traveled to St. Louis from Kansas City. The kids were so good. We are very lucky that we have great travelers. 

We got checked into our hotel and then went over to Uncle Mike and Debbie's house to celebrate Christmas. It was so good to see everyone. My grandparents, cousins, parents and aunt/uncle were all there. 

The food was so delicious! Thank you Mike and Debbie for hosting. We had such a great time! Thank you everyone for all the gifts.

Merry Christmas 2015

We would like to wish our family and friends a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We are so blessed! 

We had a wonderful Christmas morning opening up presents with the kids. Hannah was so excited she woke up at 4:30 in the morning. Tim watched a Christmas movie with her until everyone got up. Ava was the last one to wake up at 7:30. The kids had a blast opening up all their presents. I love watching them! 

We made it to Kansas City by noon on Christmas Day! Wow! It was awesome to see my family! My grandpa, cousin Taylor, parents, Aunt LeeAnn, Uncle Lary, Sarah and Emily were all there. That hasn't happened in four year. It was such a blessing to spend Christmas Day with all my family. 

Thank you Aunt LeeAnn for hosting and cooking such a nice dinner. The steaks were amazing!

Christmas Eve 2015

We enjoyed a beautiful church service at Hope Ankeny. The music was amazing and the message was very touching. This is my favorite family tradition going to church on Christmas Eve to celebrate the birth of Jesus.  I love the candlelight service and singing silent night. 

After church went had a wonderful dinner at Kerry and Eric's house. Thank you so much for having us over. We had a wonderful time! 

Backyard Adventures!

Wednesday Hollie and I took the kids to Backyard Adventures for the day. The kids played hard for four hours. What a fun day with wonderful friends. Thanks for joining us! 

Happy Birthday Mommy!

Tim came home early from traveling on my birthday! It made my day to be able to spend time together as a family! We went out to dinner at Fong's Pizza and enjoyed Ice cream at home. Perfect Birthday!

Thanks Hollie for spending the day with me at Playground for kids! It was nice to hang out and watch the kids play together.

Christmas party with Team Force

On Monday night power Ava's team went to Force's team practice to have a pizza party and do some buddy bonding. They enjoyed pizza, stunted together and played games. Ava really enjoyed hanging out with team Force and her buddy!

On Monday, I took the kids to see Santa. Ava was the most excited to see him. TJ was a little scared and Hannah didn't seem to really care. Ava made a list to give him while we were at BassPro.

Petersen Family Christmas 2015

On Saturday we celebrated Christmas with the Petersen side at our house. Everyone was here, all Tim's brothers and sister. It was a very special day. This is the first Christmas in 8 years that everyone was able to celebrate together. We also celebrated a new addition to the family, sweet baby Grace. We are so very blessed. I want to thank everyone for coming to visit. 

Thank you Mike and Stephanie for staying two nights at our house. It was so great to make lots of memories with the kids. Love cousin sleep overs! 

Thank you Linda and Lee for driving down with Great Grandma and Papa. It was so good to have all the family here.
