ECC Cheer Competition in Alabama

The girls competed in Alabama this past weekend. Both teams had awesome performances. They was a big competition 125 teams and a world event for our level 5 team. The best yet! Level 1 placed 3 out of 7 teams. Level 2 placed 1 out of 7 teams and National Champions. Hannah got a t-shirt for 1 place and a jacket for National champions. I am so proud of the girls. I can't wait for our next competition in two weeks at New Orleans. 

The competition was delayed 5 hours so I didn't get any awards pictures because some cheerleaders went home. I am hoping to get some this week in their jackets.

Snowball fights in the pool only in the South!

Friday afternoon we left for cheer competition in Alabama. The temperature at our house was 80 degrees but snowing in Alabama. All of the Florida cheer friends were so excited to see snow. Most have never seen it before. We made a lot of fun memories last night. Snowball fights in pool. So fun! So many laughs! 

TJ has the moves

TJ has the moves! On the cruise, all the male dancers always had their shirts open when they were dancing on the stage. Now TJ wants to be just like them! Lol 

Last day of break!

The last day of break was January 3. The kids got hair cuts and we volunteered at the Humane society. We gave 6 puppies baths to get them ready for their new homes.

Back to running! It felt so good to be back home and running on the beach again.

Happy Birthday to Us!

Happy Birthday to Us!

Tim and I both had awesome Birthdays on the cruise. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We both had great days on St. Kitts and SAN Juan.  

I started out my special day with a spa treatment at Cloud 9 spa on the ship. It was fantastic! 

Then we went on an island tour of St. Kitts and ended the tour at the beach. That evening we enjoyed dinner on the ship and our waiters gave me a cake and sang Happy Birthday to me. I had the best day ever! 

I lost most of my pictures from this day on my old phone that got damage from the ocean. Note to self if you ever go on a cruise make sure you have a waterproof case. Don't drop your phone in the ocean.
