Hurricane Hermine 2016

Florida decided to give us a welcome to Florida party. Hurricane Hermine is now making landfall close to Us estimated around 11 pm. 

This morning we made plans to leave our house and get a hotel room in Marianna, Florida about 70 miles northwest. 

The kids and I worked hard to get the house ready for the storm. 

I was still able to go get my hair cut at noon. 

After my hair appointment we went back home and the PJS police were working hard to keep the road open on the Cape. 

We decided to get our bags and head out of town. The drive to Marianna was hard because of all the rain but we made it safe and sound. We went out to Mexican and picked up some crafts for the hotel room. Now the kids are safe and sound to sleep. I am praying for a good outcome for our house and community.
