Day 1 of Camping

Friday afternoon we cleaned and packed the camper for our first camping trip as a family. We went up North to Okoboji. We camped at Gull Point State Park, camp site 1.

 The kids and I played at the park while Tim got everything ready. 

We grilled out for dinner, roasted marshmallows and sat by the camp fire. 

Tim's parents, Stephanie & Emily came out to the camp ground to visit us. The girls had so much fun playing with grandpa, grandma and Emily. Thank you so much for coming and hanging out.

SpoonMan Show at the library

Thursday morning we went to the Spoonman show at the library. Lauren also came with us to the show. The Spoonman played the spoons.

Today we went to the library to get books and movies. 

Zoo Fun on Monday!

Today the kids and I went to the Zoo with Hollie and Jessica. We also had Lauren join us. We had a great day at the Zoo! 

Camping Fun!

This weekend we went out to visit Hollie and Jason at the camp ground. The kids had so much fun playing, swimming and sitting by the campfire. The girls have been asking Tim to go camping for a while now. Sunday Tim went and bought a new pop-up camper. We are going on our first camping trip as a family this Friday. 

We had so much fun with the Smith's and can't wait for more camping trips together. Thanks for having us!

Gifts for Daddy!

The kids and I made a garden stone and a new picture for Tim to hang in his office. They loved making these gifts for him. I love how they turned out. TJ didn't like to put paint on his hands. Lol
